Lost or Damaged Packages
If you suspect your package is lost in transit, or it arrives damaged, please contact us or email us at info@efdmulti-tools.com within 5 (five) business days of the delivery date or originally scheduled delivery date.
If required, we will file a claim with the carrier. Once we confirm your parcel has been lost or damaged, we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund.
